We were blessed yet again with wonderful weather and a fantastic group for our SIDS benefit run and walk. With over 120 walk ups on Saturday this Third year event went over 360 runners and walkers. The top time went to REINALDO REYES at 18:17 for the men and once again MEGAN GALLAGHER at 20:26 for the women. Congratulations to SARAH GILBERTSON for winning the TREK 4500 Mountain bike, good luck in your Triathlon guest.

The goals for the NBD 5K Run for Life are; to raise awareness to SDIS, to raise much needed money for continued research for SIDS and provide a safe fun venue for family, friends, runners and walkers to celebrate life and the memory of our grand daughter Natalee and their loved ones lost to SIDS. Thank you all for your generosity and your support, we are still running through the numbers but once again we had a great event. Proceeds and all donations will go to the American SIDS Institute. We hope to see you all again next year on April ??, 2011!!!!

I encourage everyone to PLEASE provide email feedback on what you liked and did not like so we can continue to improve this yearly event.

This list recognizes babies lost to SIDS by families who raised donations and also attended our run this year. I’d like to thank each and everyone of the families for helping to make this event so very special. Yes, this is a run; but it is also a time to gather, remember and rejoice in the special little wonders that made this day so special.
